		<description>You have made an excellent point here. A big part of PR is about building relationships with as many people as possible. Too many people only want to communicate with the top bod at a paper or with the loudest PRO in the industry but let&#039;s not forget that the guys at the bottom will be the editors and MDs of the future.

I always try and push my execs to meet and speak to as many journalists (without becoming a stalker) as possible. The same goes with reading, learning and communicating with the many brilliant PROs in our industry willing to share a point of view.

Don&#039;t just follow, communicate and build a relationship.
