		<description>Hi Jed. Good post. Personally I think divisions like this are never as simple as we want them to be. Both in-house and agency teams have innovators and &#039;geriatrics&#039;. Look who really pioneered the CEO blog as a comms tool - step forward GM. And who came up with the original idea and pushed forward loads of leading digital comms? Their in-house team. Like so much of these divisions it&#039;s a mindset thing - both of those in the industry and those commenting!</description>
